Cuernavaca, Morelos; 1 de marzo de 2026.- Con el propósito de fortalecer la cultura de paz y promover el uso responsable de las plataformas digitales entre adolescentes, el Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca, a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Humano y Participación Social (SDHyPS) y la Dirección de Asuntos Migratorios y Religiosos, realizó la plática informativa «Paz Digital» en la Escuela Secundaria General No. 2 «Francisco González Bocanegra».

La jornada se desarrolló en ambos turnos —matutino y vespertino—, logrando la participación de 400 estudiantes de nivel secundaria, quienes reflexionaron sobre la importancia de convertirse en agentes de paz dentro y fuera del entorno digital.

Durante la actividad se abordaron temas como la prevención de la violencia digital, el impacto del ciberacoso, el manejo responsable de redes sociales como herramientas digitales, la prevención de conductas de riesgo en línea y la importancia de fortalecer valores como el respeto, la empatía y la comunicación asertiva en los espacios virtuales.

Urióstegui Salgado subrayó que esta estrategia ha sido fundamental para fortalecer los ingresos propios del municipio, logrando a partir de su primera administración un aumento sostenido de entre el 10 y el 15% en la captación, lo que se ha traducido en mayor inversión en obras públicas y mejora de servicios básicos, pero también en una reconciliación con la población.

“Cada persona que cumple con su pago contribuye directamente a generar ingresos para el Ayuntamiento, lo que nos permite hacer obras necesarias para la población. Gracias a esta cultura de responsabilidad y a la reconciliación ciudadana con la administración, hemos logrado una recaudación aproximada de 300 millones de pesos, derivada también del registro voluntario de predios ejidales, comunales y construcciones no regularizadas”, puntualizó el alcalde.

Como parte de esta campaña y como ha ocurrido desde la primera administración de José Luis Urióstegui, las y los contribuyentes podrán participar en una encuesta al momento de pagar, en la cual podrán decidir en qué áreas desean que se invierta hasta el 40% de lo recaudado: bacheo y pavimentación, alumbrado, cámaras de vigilancia, agua potable y drenaje, así como embellecimiento urbano. Asimismo, recibirán una carta de agradecimiento personalizada por parte del presidente municipal.

Para facilitar el proceso, la Tesorería Municipal cuenta con cajas especializadas para personas con discapacidad y mujeres embarazadas, turnos organizados en el área de cajas y citas en línea a través del portal: https://citas.cuernavaca.gob.mx. Próximamente también estará disponible el pago en línea en https://cuernavaca.gob.mx

Las oficinas centrales de la Tesorería brindan atención de lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 horas y los sábados de 09:00 a 14:00 horas en calle Cuauhtemotzin #4, colonia Centro. Además, hay módulos de pago distribuidos en distintos puntos del municipio, algunos con servicio incluso en fines de semana. Una imagen impactante: Volodymyr Zelensky, el hombre que carga sobre sus hombros el destino de una patria marcada por la guerra. Su liderazgo ha sido cuestionado tanto por sus detractores como por quienes ven en él un símbolo de resistencia. La crisis que hoy enfrenta Ucrania tiene sus raíces en tensiones históricas, étnicas, lingüísticas y geopolíticas, pero en el centro del conflicto se encuentra la oposición de Rusia a la posible adhesión de Ucrania a la OTAN, lo que Moscú considera una amenaza directa a su seguridad, al abrir la posibilidad de que se instalen sistemas militares occidentales cerca de su territorio.

Tras la destitución del expresidente ucraniano Viktor Yanukóvich en 2014, luego de protestas masivas contra su decisión de rechazar un acuerdo de asociación con la Unión Europea, Rusia consideró el nuevo gobierno en Kiev como ilegítimo. En respuesta, Moscú anexó la península de Crimea tras un referéndum que la comunidad internacional no reconoció, considerándolo una violación del derecho internacional. Esto desató el conflicto en el este de Ucrania, donde grupos separatistas prorrusos tomaron el control de regiones como Donetsk y Lugansk con apoyo del Kremlin, lo que dio origen a una guerra de baja intensidad que se prolongó durante años y culminó con la invasión rusa a gran escala en febrero de 2022.

Zelensky, elegido en 2019 con la promesa de pacificar el país y reformar el gobierno, se encontró en el centro de una crisis sin precedentes. Más allá del frente de batalla, la guerra ha afectado a la población civil de múltiples formas, con desplazamientos masivos, persecución política y la imposición de restricciones en ambos lados del conflicto. En las zonas ocupadas por Rusia, se han denunciado violaciones a los derechos humanos, mientras que en Ucrania ha habido tensiones por el trato a la población rusoparlante, un tema complejo con raíces históricas.

La Unión Europea y Estados Unidos han brindado apoyo militar, económico y humanitario a Ucrania, argumentando la defensa de su soberanía y el orden internacional. Sin embargo, este respaldo también ha respondido a intereses estratégicos, ya que Ucrania es clave en la seguridad energética y agrícola de Europa. Al mismo tiempo, el conflicto ha servido para debilitar a Rusia en el plano económico y militar.

En este contexto, la reciente reunión entre Zelensky y Donald Trump reflejó las crecientes fricciones en la política internacional. Trump, con su característico estilo confrontativo, criticó el manejo de la guerra y sugirió que el apoyo estadounidense no debería ser incondicional. Zelensky, por su parte, buscó reforzar el compromiso de Washington con su país. El encuentro, lejos de generar consenso, se convirtió en un duelo de egos y expuso las divisiones dentro de la comunidad internacional sobre el futuro del conflicto.

El episodio dejó al descubierto un panorama geopolítico cada vez más incierto. Europa ha cerrado filas con Ucrania, tanto por razones estratégicas como por la necesidad de mantener su seguridad ante la amenaza rusa. Mientras tanto, la postura de Trump ha generado preocupación, al insinuar que Estados Unidos podría replantear su rol en el conflicto. Sus declaraciones sobre la posibilidad de apropiarse de recursos estratégicos ucranianos han despertado inquietud sobre el verdadero alcance de los intereses estadounidenses en la región.

En este tablero de ajedrez global, la diplomacia parece desdibujarse ante los intereses de las grandes potencias. La pregunta que queda en el aire es si estamos presenciando una redefinición del orden mundial, donde las alianzas se establecen no por principios, sino por conveniencia, y donde la soberanía de las naciones corre el riesgo de quedar subordinada a los juegos de poder de las superpotencias.

• Disminuyeron 53.2% en comparación con el mismo periodo de 2019, motivado en gran parte por el cierre temporal de la Unidad de Atención a Usuarios en el estado.

• El municipio de Cuernavaca es el que mayor número de controversias registró.

Cuernavaca, Morelos; 30 de noviembre de 2020. La Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF) informa sobre las controversias iniciadas en la Unidad de atención a Usuarios BC10 MORELOS en el estado de Morelos en el periodo enero-octubre de 2020 en comparación con el mismo periodo de 2019.

Durante enero-octubre de 2020, la CONDUSEF llevó a cabo 3,606 controversias en defensa de las personas usuarias de productos y servicios financieros de la entidad, lo que significó una disminución de 53.2% respecto al mismo periodo de 2019; gran parte de esta tendencia ha sido reflejo de los efectos de la contingencia provocada por el COVID-19, acentuándose aún más a finales del mes de marzo, debido a la suspensión temporal de la atención personalizada en las Unidades de Atención a Usuarios (UAU), en virtud de las medidas adoptadas en materia de salud. Cabe indicar que a partir del mes de agosto se reabrió la atención al público de forma presencial.

Además se cuenta con el Portal de Queja Electrónica para que las y los usuarios de este estado puedan presentar sus quejas, sin importar el día y la hora, relacionadas con Instituciones Financieras de 16 sectores: Afores, Bancos, Aseguradoras, Burós de Crédito, SOFOMES, SOFIPOS y SOCAPS, etc., derivadas de cualquier producto y causa; en atención a las medidas de Sana Distancia.

De estas controversias, el 84.7% se atendieron vía Gestión Electrónica, proceso amigable que tiene establecida esta Comisión Nacional con las entidades financieras.

Del total de las controversias iniciadas en el estado de Morelos durante 2020, el 34.4% fueron presentadas por las personas adultas mayores, lo que significó un aumento de 20.4 puntos porcentuales respecto al mismo periodo de 2019 (14.1%).

En solo 2 municipios del estado de Morelos se concentró el 57.6% de las controversias: Cuernavaca y Jiutepec.

En el municipio de Cuernavaca, las personas adultas mayores presentaron 555 controversias en 2020, lo que significó el 44.7% del total de las presentadas por este estrato de la población, cuando en el mismo periodo de 2019 significaron el 47.9%.

Del análisis realizado por sector, la Banca Múltiple concentró el 56.1% del total de los asuntos, con 2,024 controversias, seguido de las Sociedades de Información Crediticia, con el 14.6% (527 asuntos).

En cuanto a la variación, todos mostraron una disminución en sus asuntos, destacando las Instituciones de Banca múltiple con un decremento de 43.5% (1,561 asuntos menos).

Las instituciones que registraron el mayor número de controversias fueron Banco Nacional de México, BBVA Bancomer, Banco Santander de México y Banco Mercantil del Norte, las cuales en conjunto representaron el 40.5% del total.

Respecto a la variación de los asuntos, destaca el decremento de Trans Union México con 69.7% al pasar de 828 a 251 asuntos.

En cuanto a las controversias de las personas adultas mayores, Financiera Maestra tuvo un decremento de 35.5% al pasar de 93 a 60 asuntos, mientras Banco Santander de México aumentó 137.3% al pasar de 51 a 121 asuntos.

Los productos más reclamados en el estado de Morelos fueron: Tarjeta de débito, Tarjeta de crédito, Reporte de crédito especial y Crédito para personas adultas mayores que en conjunto representaron el 59.6% del total de las controversias.

En relación con la variación, todos mostraron una disminución en sus asuntos, destacando el Reporte de crédito especial con un decremento de 68.4% al pasar de 1,660 a 525 asuntos.

Cuernavaca, Morelos; 30 de noviembre de 2020. Integrantes del Colectivo Búsqueda de Familiares Regresando a Casa Morelos, interpondrán en próximos días quejas de forma individual ante el Comité contra la Desaparición Forzada de las Naciones Unidas en contra de autoridades que no han hecho lo necesario para la debida identificación de los 85 cadáveres que fueron exhumados en el panteón de Jojutla durante el primer semestre del 2017.

Angélica Rodríguez Monroy, vocero del colectivo, refirió que la organización Idheas Litigio Estratégico,  les indicó que ante la omisión de autoridades como la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM) y la Fiscalía General  (FGE), al no hacer lo necesario para poder garantizar que familiares de personas desaparecidas puedan confrontar su ADN con los cuerpos extraídos ha impedido que algunas personas   recuperen los restos de sus consanguíneos.

Detalló que aún y cuando la autoridad universitaria mediantes su abogado general se comprometió a dar un resultado sobre las entrega de las muestras recabadas hasta el momento no les responden.

“Hasta el día de hoy no hemos tenido noticias, ni nos ha contestado y ni nos responden sobre cuando nos darán los perfiles, vemos con mucha tristeza que son insensibles con este tema, nosotros vamos a generar la demanda  nuestros abogados nos dirán que es lo más conveniente si hay que hacerlo ante instancias internacionales pues lo vamos  a hacer ya so
